WHO IS YOUR COURIER?

We use DPD Local who fulfil all orders throughout the UK. If you would like a dedicated courier to deliver your flowers within the Greater London area this can be arranged through a member of our customer service team who can be contacted through our main number 0208 540 5305 or email hq@bybloom.co.uk.

WHAT TIME WILL MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED?

On the morning of your delivery you will receive a time slot, which is emailed to your nominated delivery email address. If a nominated email address is not provided then this will default to the billing email address. Please be aware your flower delivery could be as early as 7am GMT. We are unable to change a delivery time provided by DPD and are not liable for the time provided.

THE TIME DPD HAVE GIVEN ME IS INCONVENIENT, WHAT CAN I DO?

We are unable to change a delivery time provided by DPD and are not liable for the time provided, however, DPD allow you to tell the delivery driver to leave your flowers in a nominated safe place through their app. We are not able to do this on your behalf and we are not liable for any changes made.

CAN I ADD SPECIFIC NOTES TO MY DELIVERY?

During the checkout process you can add any specific notes for your flower delivery in the box provided. We will add these notes to the delivery, however, we are not responsible for how DPD use the notes and are not liable for any problems this may cause.

I HAVE MISSED MY FLOWER DELIVERY?

If you miss your nominated delivery slot provided by DPD and you do not opt to leave the flowers in a safe place then your delivery will be rescheduled by DPD for the following day. We are not responsible if this occurs and unable to provide any help with this situation. We are not liable for any damage or wilting of your flowers which may occur as a result of your delivery arriving later than your nominated day.

DPD HAVE DELIVERED MY FLOWERS ON THE CORRECT DAY, BUT THEY ARE DAMAGED.

If your flowers are delivered on your nominated day but they have arrived damaged please take photos of how they arrived including any damage to the box exterior and any damage that has occurred to the flowers. These need to be emailed to hq@bybloom.co.uk within 24 hours of your flowers being delivered. Once they have been emailed a member of the Bloom team will respond within 24 hours.
